What To Do When Your Teenage Daughter Is Pregnant
When you have a young daughter waiting for a baby you need to learn how to deal with the reality. For a mother it hurts very much to see your kid being forced to grow up too fast. Try to see things in another light. May be it will not be as bad as you imagine.
It’s totally her decision if she wishes to keep the baby or not. You just have to let her know that no matter what she will not be alone. Things will be even more difficult for her if the father of the baby will not assume any responsibility. She will be all alone if she wouldn’t have you. Try to explain to her that it’s better to not be in a relationship just because of the baby.
Advice your teen daughter to go on with her studies. Tell her that is the only way to offer a good future to her baby. If she will finish her school she will have better chances to have a good job.
In the moment your daughter tells you that she is pregnant you must keep your calm. If necessary avoid having a discussion that day. The best thing is to talk first with your husband.
