Pregnancy Timeline Tale
Are you enjoying pregnancy? I have to admit that I wasn’t until recently. I am now in the 2nd trimester of the pregnancy timeline and I am now starting to feel better. If you aren’t enjoying it at the moment then persevere with it and hopefully this will help a bit.
I knew that I was pregnant very early on. I was very excited and my partner was too. I then began to worry because I didn’t feel like I was pregnant. “What if there was something wrong?” I used to think a lot.
You don’t have to go far along the pregnancy timeline before the pregnancy symptoms kick in. I am sure you will be told that your first trimester will be the most difficult. Guess what? It is. I started to feel tired all of the time. I found it very difficult trying to get out of bed in the morning and when I got home from work I just hit the couch. You have to deal with the morning sickness, the headaches and the back problems.
When I did feel OK during the day I did start to worry a little bit. Why did I feel OK? Was there something wrong? The more pregnant I felt the better I felt if that makes sense.
Once you have the twelve-week scan then you can start to relax a bit. Although I was nervous going in, as soon as I saw the baby dancing on the scan then those fears disappeared. Everything was as it should be at this point which was really good news. I was told that I would start to feel better soon too.
As you know I am now at week 16 of the pregnancy timeline and I feel the best I have felt so far. I have energy and I’m not as grumpy (which my partner is happy about!). Now I am looking at things to buy for the baby. It is so much fun!
