Most active women do not have an idea that they’re pregnant already. Perhaps some may have known about it later some time in their first trimester already after seeing symptoms pregnant . This situation is common among women indulged in a busy lifestyle or those with irregular menstrual cycle.

Below are the 7 signs of pregnancy:

Missed Period

This is the very first thing to consider. Apparently, this is not a problem among women with regular menstrual cycle. Those who have irregular menstrual cycle this may be unnoticeable.

Sore or Tender Breasts

This can happen in your early first trimester stage of pregnancy. Your breasts feel swollen, sore and sensitive to touch because the hormonal changes increase the blood flow in your breast tissues making it tender.

Tiredness

This is normal especially in the first trimester of pregnancy. Your tiredness is understandable because being pregnant puts a strain into your whole body making you feel fatigued. This is also cause by hormonal changes in your body.

Frequent Urination

When you get pregnant, the amount of blood in your body increases making a lot of extra fluid for your kidney to process and end up in your bladder. This is the reason why you get to pee every now and then when you are pregnant.

Morning Sickness

This may also refer to nausea and vomiting. This happens due to the many physical changes taking place in your body. For many, morning sickness is severe early in the morning and it is where it got its name from. However, morning sickness can happen anytime of the day.

Constipation

This is a common problem during pregnancy. The hormone progesterone increases during pregnancy which slows down the movement of food in your body. This can be reduced by drinking plenty of water, eating fiber-rich foods and exercise

Weight Gain

You tend to eat more and crave for certain foods during pregnancy. However, it is good to monitor your weight to avoid complications later on. The standard weight gain for an average weight is 10kg (22lbs) to 12.5kg (27.5lbs) for the whole period of pregnancy. The growing baby, placenta, amniotic fluid, breasts growth, increased blood circulation and water retention explains your gain in weight.

Another method may be ultrasound pregnant test and clear blue pregnancy test. These help you in confirming pregnancy.
