It is a trying and isolating experience for couples trying to cope with fertility problems.  When you can't get pregnant, you are overcome with a feeling of sadness that is difficult to explain.  The torment of waiting month after month for that positive test only to face disappointment yet again is impossible to explain unless you have gone through it.

I have experienced this first hand and know how you might be feeling. I remain hopeful that I will soon be pregnant. In the meantime, I want to share this with you so that you might know that other women feel like you do and that you're not on your own.

I just can't get pregnant no matter how much we try. I find it difficult to really talk about it. Discussion typically results in well intentioned but ill-informed people offering unwanted advice.
We know about IVF and other fertility treatments. But these are so expensive. And so is adoption.
What is the next step for us? We'll go and see our physician to have our fertility checked. I worry that my fertility will be the problem. How would I cope? What will my husband feel? Will he resent me? He wants this just as much as I do. What if my husband is the problem? Will I be resentful toward him? We he feel like less of a man? My mind is full of such questions that I just can't seem to answer.

Of course, I could not ever give up trying. We are going to try everything we can to get pregnant. After all, we don't know why we can't get pregnant, so perhaps something as simple as eating particular foods to make you more fertile will help. Some other things we are going to try that are in our price bracket include:

•    Fertility Foods: The Chinese have realised for centuries that some foods assist couples conceive.  I've always been into nutrition so I understand that if my body is missing something this could be the reason I can't get pregnant .

•    Quit Coffee-I recently found out that caffeine can in fact make ovulation less effective so caffeine is certainly off the menu.

•    Change Clothing: A man's fertility is adversely affected by overly tight underwear.

•    Acupuncture: Although more expensive than the above options, it is infinitely cheaper than other fertility treatments. {If nothing else, maybe I can start to be more relaxed}. Since I can't get pregnant, the anxiety is starting to take a toll.

My friend recently gave birth to a baby girl and she credited her success to Pregnancy Miracle.  She swears by it. I recently read a review of Pregnancy Miracle and it looks good.

I want you to know that you're not alone. Because I can't get pregnant, I try to remember to look at the bright side of life instead of concentrating on the pain. Most of all, I hope this article has given you hope .
